Datalogical provides enterprise hosting infrastructure with a focus on video workloads. We design, implement, and operate cloud solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudflare platforms.

Service Level Agreement

We provide 24/7 support with customized SLA based on your specific requirements. Service availability and performance metrics will be defined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Datalogical and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Datalogical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
